At Carolina Therapy Connection, we offer a recently renovated and expanded sensory gym that provides an enhanced sensory experience to help your child develop the skills necessary to improve learning and development. Our team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Educational Specialists who work as personalized tutors and in our Prep Academy Program!
Not only is our Greenville clinic is the first Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) in Eastern North Carolina, but we also have the largest and most state-of-the-art sensory gym as well! It is fully equipped with a zip-line, monkey bars, slides, scooter board ramps, balance beams, trampolines, a rock climbing wall, and an expansive set of swings to offer a wide-variety of sensory experiences for each child. We have also fully stocked our gym with games and equipment that promote learning, gross motor skills, pretend play and fine motor skills. Welcome to our new 7,000-square-foot building in New Bern! Our expanded space now includes a more extensive state-of-the-art sensory gym, a dedicated Physical Therapy gym, and a brand-new Feeding Room. We’ve also added an entire educational wing to support our growing community better. Our Mental Health Team has six spacious offices upstairs, offering the perfect environment for counseling and mental health services. Additionally, our expanded lobby and administrative space ensure we can support our families even more.
Our New Bern team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Wellness & Counseling, and Educational Specialists. Currently, our team specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Torticollis, Interactive Metronome, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Feeding Therapy, Sensory Processing Disorder, and many others!
